Services Refund Policy

  • If a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service, 100% of payment will be refunded.
  • If you do not appear or make yourself known to the driver of a scheduled ride service within 5 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, your order will be considered a “No Show.”
  • Ride “No Show” orders will be charged a $5 fee and the remainder of the prepaid balance will be refunded to you.
  • Black Car orders that are deemed a “No Show” will be considered as service delivered with no refund.

Gift Card Refund Policy

If, within seven days of purchase/funding, you decide to cancel your gift card purchase/funding, the remaining balance of that purchase will be refunded. All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase


Cancellations that are made 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded unless done through contract. Cancellations done less than 24 hours will be charged as if the ride was completed.
