Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and friendly customer service representatives and dispatchers to join our team. Our customer service representatives answer phone calls and book trips for our customers. Our dispatchers interact with drivers to ensure the smooth flow and timely arrivals of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure accurate scheduling and on-time service.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservations.
• Represent the company’s brand and values with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is required.
• Willingness to cross-train to provide assistance in other divisions.

Physical Demands:

• May require prolonged sitting or standing.
• Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing.
• Ability to concentrate in an active environment.
• Cubicle work environment.

Compensation:

• This position starts at $15.00/hour.
• Full time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.
